For my scrapbook essay i will explain what im currently doing and what my expectations are in my current sentimental relationship. Also I will explain what my future plans are and the role that I will play as an aunt. As an only aunt I want the best for my nieces. And I also want to be a role model for them. And that is why Ido my best in life.

Oklahoma Memorial

The Oklahoma Memorial to me is beautiful as well as green. There were a couple of things that caught my attention. First of all was the reflecting pool. Anything in life needs water in order to survive. So maybe the significance of the reflecting pool is that anything that reflects there is living. Something else that caught my attention were the trees. All of the trees were green, however they were not all the same. Exactly how everyone is not the same.

Photography

I believe that photography can be used as composition because it helps to explain events that have occured in the past. For example, the book mentioned the Holocaust. Without the portraits the survivors of the Holocaust would not be able to tell their personal experience. When pictures are shown then, individuals are able to have a mental image, and can sometimes place themselves in that scenerio.

A family picture that is important to me is one that includes my mom, dad, brother and myself. This picture is meaningful to me because my grandma was very special. My grandma was a hard worker and never gave up. My grandma was a single parent of twelve. She raised all her children to be hard workers as well as responsible. She was greatly admired and loved as well. I was not able to attach the photo because it is very old.

The thesis for essay two will be on how Myspace is such a good way of meeting individuals as well as keeping in touch with your friends after graduating high school. But I will also mention how important it is for a parent to observe their childs myspace due to the exposure and information that is given out.

Essay two

The technology disclosure that i belong to is my space. So that will be the topic that I will write about. The arguements that I will make will be the advantages and disadvantages. And also the danger that comes along with having a my space account.

Discoursed Community

Here are my definitions of discoursed community and commonplace.

Discoursed Community- a group or individual tha believes their purpose is to achieve a goal.

Commonplace- Is a mental image , picture, or a word that has an important repersentation.

Argemantive appeals

As follows are my own definitions to logo, ethos,and pathos.

Logo: An argument that is trying to prove something.

Ethos: An Argument that has to do with ones background.

Pathos: A type of argument that will involve a viewers emotions. For example some will get mad about what is being advertised, others will get happy and others sad.

The argument appeal that I might consider using for the essay is will be pathos because it deals with emotions.
